Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C-400F Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place roasting tin containing vegetable in the oven to heat.
  3. Wash and peel the potatoes and bring them to a boil in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Drain and dry the potatoes before placing them into the heated roasting tin.
  5. Return to the oven for a further 30-45 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cooking time 60 minutes
