Method

  1. Wash and scrub potatoes
  2. Place in a steamer over a pan of water.
  3. Bring to boil and steam until soft.
  4. Drain and allow to stand for 1 minute.
  5. Serve with knob of butter.
  6. Add fresh chopped chives as a garnish.
