Storage Of Potatoes
Potatoes are best when prepared just before cooking to conserve nutrients. It is important to store the potatoes properly. REMOVE them from the plastic bag and store in a dark cold dry place.

Steaming
Wash or scrub potatoes, place in a steamer over a pan of water. Bring to boil and steam until soft. Drain and serve.
Microwave
(650w) Wash or scrub potatoes, place in a non-metallic bowl and add 45ml of water. Cover and cook at full power for 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Boiling
Change the color to match your brand or vision, add your logo, choose the perfect layout, modify menu settings and more.
Roasting
Pre-heat the oven to 200C-400F Gas Mark 6. Place roasting tin containing vegetable in the oven to heat. Wash and peel the potatoes and bring them to a boil in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes. Drain and dry the potatoes before placing them into the heated roasting tin. Return to the oven for a further 30-45 minutes until golden and crispy.
Deep Fry
Peel potatoes and slice to thickness required. Steep in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain well and dry. Fry in hot oil 190C/375F for 8-10 minutes. Dry well before serving.
