Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C-400F Gas Mark 6.
- Place roasting tin containing vegetable in the oven to heat.
- Wash and peel the potatoes and bring them to a boil in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes before placing them into the heated roasting tin.
- Return to the oven for a further 30-45 minutes until golden and crispy.
Cooking time 60 minutes
